It does not replace a project-specific confidentiality or data-processing agreement.

Information we receive
When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide. The current engineering inquiry form requests your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number and project details. It also allows an optional drawing or CAD-file upload. Emails, WhatsApp messages and subsequent project correspondence may contain your contact information, drawings, specifications, revisions and other information you send. Please do not include unnecessary personal information in a technical file.
As you use the website, servers and security tools may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, request time and the pages requested. The inquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help detect automated abuse; this may involve device and interaction information processed under that service’s terms.
Why we use it
- To receive and answer manufacturing, quotation and drawing-review inquiries.
- To discuss part requirements, clarify revisions and assess whether a proposed project can be reviewed or quoted.
- To send an acknowledgement of a submitted form and continue requested business correspondence.
- To operate, troubleshoot and protect the website and inquiry channel, including abuse prevention.
- To maintain records needed for an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation.
The website inquiry form is configured to save a submission in the website database, send it to our inquiry mailbox and send an acknowledgement to the address supplied by the visitor. A form submission or automatic acknowledgement does not itself create a manufacturing order.
Service providers and location
Website hosting, email delivery and anti-abuse services may process information on our behalf to perform their functions. Access is limited to the information needed for those functions and the project team’s work. SUUXIANG is based in China; if you submit information from another country, it will be received by our team in China. Service-provider infrastructure may process data in other locations. If a particular project needs a restricted transfer or separate confidentiality arrangement, contact us before uploading sensitive files.
Cookies and external services
The website may use technical cookies or similar storage needed for site operation and security. The reCAPTCHA service may use its own signals to assess abuse. A link to WhatsApp takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. You can use browser controls for cookies and can email us if you want to discuss another inquiry route. At the date above, our review of the Contact page did not identify active advertising or analytics scripts. If we add such processing, we will update this notice and any required visitor controls.
How long we keep information
We retain inquiry information and attachments only for the period necessary to handle the inquiry, maintain a relevant business relationship, and meet applicable legal recordkeeping obligations. The necessary period depends on the project and the nature of the record; we do not apply an unverified universal number of days. When the purpose and any applicable obligation have ended, the information is reviewed for deletion or anonymization in accordance with our systems and legal requirements.

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent where processing depends on it, or raise an objection or complaint. Security, children and updates
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the information and the website, but no internet transfer is guaranteed risk-free. This business-to-business site is not directed to children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us. We may update this policy when the website, service providers or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
