Last updated: September 27, 2026. These terms describe use of suuxiang.com, operated for Dongguan SuuXiang Precision Mold Co., Ltd. (“SUUXIANG”). They cover website information and inquiries; a particular manufacturing order requires its own agreed documents.

Website information

The site describes CNC machining, precision mold components, engineering topics and examples for general information and project discussion. A page, product image, drawing example or published article is not a promise that a particular design, material, tolerance, process, inspection method, availability, price or delivery date will apply to your order. Requirements must be checked against the current drawing and project scope.

Inquiries are not accepted orders

You may contact us with a drawing, model, revision, material, quantity, critical features, finish and inspection requirements. Sending an inquiry, uploading a file or receiving an automatic acknowledgement does not create an order or confirm production. SUUXIANG will discuss feasibility and commercial scope with you. A written quotation, approved specification or sample, purchase order and any separately signed agreement govern an actual project as applicable.

Project files, permissions and confidentiality

Send only drawings, CAD files, trademarks and other materials that you are authorized to disclose and ask us to review. You retain your rights in materials you own. We use submitted materials to assess the inquiry and, if separately agreed, to perform the project. If a file is confidential or subject to a restricted transfer, contact us first to agree an appropriate sharing method and any necessary confidentiality terms. Tooling ownership, design rights, permitted production use and the handling of changed revisions should be recorded in the project agreement where relevant.

Specifications, changes and acceptance

Before production, the parties should identify the controlling drawing and revision, material condition, quantity, critical dimensions, finishes, inspection and documentation requirements, packaging and any accepted deviations. A later design or quantity change may alter the process plan, price or timing and should be agreed in writing. Website descriptions do not override the project documents.

Acceptable use

Use the website for lawful information and business inquiries. Do not submit unlawful material, misuse the forms, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access or misrepresent another person’s identity. We may take reasonable steps to protect the site and inquiry channel from abuse.

Site content and third-party services

The text, layout and visual materials on this site are owned by SUUXIANG or used with permission, unless a page says otherwise. You may read them for evaluating our services, but do not republish them as your own without permission. Links to third-party services such as WhatsApp take you to separate sites governed by their own policies and terms.

Rights, changes and contact

Nothing in these website terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any separately signed order terms take priority for that order where they conflict with these website-use terms.
