A Technical Package That Can Be Reviewed

Contact Jenny at jenny@xuxiangmold.com or WhatsApp +86 138-2918-1159 about a CNC or precision mold-component enquiry. Prepare a technical package that lets the team review the actual requirement. An enquiry or automatic acknowledgement is not an accepted manufacturing order, quotation or confirmed schedule.

Ready for review

Include the current 2D drawing, available model, material and condition, quantity, finish, critical features, report requirements and target delivery date.

Information still undecided

Mark missing requirements as open questions. Say whether you need DFM advice, a component replacement, prototype review or repeat-production pricing.

Confidential designs

Contact the team about NDA and secure file-transfer arrangements before disclosing sensitive information. Identify the purchasing entity and the people authorized to approve technical changes.

Manufacturing RFQ Preparation — Practical Buyer Questions

Direct answers for preparing the RFQ and defining acceptance. Project-specific commitments belong in the quotation and agreed order.

Who receives the manufacturing enquiry?
Use Jenny’s company email, jenny@xuxiangmold.com, or WhatsApp +86 138-2918-1159. Include the part reference and current revision so the enquiry can be matched to its technical package.
What if I do not have a final drawing?
Explain the design stage and unresolved requirements. A model, sample or sketch may start a discussion, but manufacturing dimensions, material, acceptance and commercial scope still need confirmation before release.
Can I send confidential drawings immediately?
Contact the team first if your process requires an NDA or controlled transfer method. Do not assume that submitting a website form establishes a separate confidentiality agreement.
How can I avoid an incomplete quotation?
List the quantity breaks, material condition, finishing, inspection documents, delivery destination and required date in addition to the drawing. Ask for any open assumptions or exclusions to be identified in the quotation.
